Park It!

It's picture time, folks. We went to the park and just loaded up the camera. For a little bit of change up this post we're going heavy on the pixels and light on the chit-chat. Enjoy!

No trip to the park would be complete without a visit to the ball field. Diamonds aren't just girls' best friends. Boston felt right at home! (Insert any other baseball-related joke here)

And finally, we have some decent family pictures (professional pictures coming soon).

Like I said... light on the chat-chat.

Loads of Fun

Well, we're getting all settled in and Boston is adjusting to his new home. Kjerstin personalized his new room and it looks pretty shnazzy.

Believe it or not our resident genius is starting to sit up. I think it started with trying to escape his car-seat-prison. We realize he's overdue for his monthly monkey check up so here he is chillin' with his buddy.

You might be wondering why Boston is so darned happy in thes pictures... and perhaps why his head is so much bigger around than his body.

Well the answer to the first one is because he's discovered how much fun standing is. He's far from doing it on his own but Kjerstin discovered that he loves to stand and bounce while she serenades him in a medley of "The Wheels on the Bus" and "There was a mommy had a son and Boston was his name-o". I think he likes it because it makes his mommy laugh.

There's no doubt about it, Boston loves his mom. There's just as little doubt that his mom loves him, too. They're both so dang cute it's almost too much for me to handle sometimes.
